did not authorize

Hello, I just got my mail there is a letter from EQUIFAX why open it this letter is telling me that their was a credit check run.I did not give them the OK to run one on me. Something must be done about this and done now.And their know way to call them how fair is that.We need to ALL come together and file a lawsuit.
