removal of inquiry by your company CCB-PPC

I did not authorize a credit check with your company, and want it removed from my inquiries on my credit bureau please.

I did not authorize this and its on my credit inquiry

I went into my Credit Karma account which I view Quarterly, and discovered an hard copy inquiry for CCB-PPC, I did not authorize this I need this removed from my credit bureau file PLEASE. I am a police officer and have been Compromised before and its not good. I don't know if someone has opened an account yet but need more information, and need that inquiry removed.
