Merchants That Use CCBILL.COM
I would not use any merchant that bills through CCBILL.COM. I ordered a portable sling frame from ezsleazy.com that bills through CCBILL.COM. It seemed seemed somewhat shady, but I actually called the guy and asked questions. Ordered product from EZSLEAZY.COM and it was billed thorugh CCBILL. Talked to the guy from ezsleazy the day I placed the order (9/8/2014) and he said it would take a week to get parts to build the frame and would ship out. A day later (9/09/2014) received order confirmation that product would be shipped next day. Seems like he lied when I talked to him on the phone. On 9/10/2014, received nothing that order was shipped. Sent email on 9/11/2014 requesting status update at 4:43 a.m. CDT. No reponse by 18:00 CDT so I emailed merchant to cancel order and refund the money per his web site policy. Emails ignored and decides to ship after 2 status requests. Told him that order would be refused and dispute would be opened with credit card company. I doubt he even shipped any good merchandise. He received his order back and no acknowledgement. He will enjoy the chargeback from the credit company as proof was supplied that he was told to cancel the order BEFORE it was picked up for shipment from his place of business (believed to be an apartment in Las Vegas). Do not do any business through any business that uses CCBILL.COM. Others have complained of being scammed by ezsleazy.com as well.

fraudulent charges against my bank account
ccbill continued to debit my account after my account with the company had expired and the company will not refund my money!!

Unauthorized charges
I called CC Bill as soon as I discovered a billing problem. I signed up for three days service, on Malestars.com, 12/02/08 and was charged a monthly recurring fee, 39.95 dollars, for two things I did not order, on 12/05/08.
The tricky website depends on an unexplained suffix following 'three day' order (*1) as indication that I am accepting re-billing, on a site I didn't want, after being on it for 3 minutes.
Customer 'no support' was willing to lecture me and the supv. screamed at me and refused to cancel the clearly hidden charge. Ripped off at Christmas, of money I can't afford!!!
I will never order a CC Bill payment website again!

Unauthorized charges
I also was charged $39.95 for something I never authorized. I went on a site to look and somehow my account information was taken and they have been taking that amount from my account for 3 months. Luckily I caught it when I did. How can they be allowed to do this?
