Hello folks, this may take a little trouble to sort out so please be patient. I was aware that at one time I have had a Hegre Art account but I thought it had ended because I have a print out from Hegre in regards to an account listed with [email protected]. Now it is possible that the latest invoice could refer to an account submitted from greatartiste01@ gmail.com. This account is no longer active because it was subject to fraud action. Now I have not accesses Hegre for a very considerable period of time and I intended to cancel it. my bank statements indicated that payments were being made to you in early July and December and I had been making inquiries concerning who to contact and how to terminate my membership.
In the meantime I have noted that the payment was made early, actually on 27 November. I have no dispute with either CCBill or Hegre ( I think they have a great product and will rejoin them in the future), it was just heavy work and family obligations that prevented me from dealing with this earlier.
I am requesting that you accept my termination for the forthcoming 6 months as I believe that payment was not due until a date in early December in accord with past billing schedules.

I called the number 1-888-596-9279 it turns out it was xxxmatch.com i signed for $1.00 trial membership. the thing is i did not read terms witch were if i didnt cancel after 30 day trial my card would be billed automatically $29.95 a month and of course it did and it was ccbilleu valetamalt.
