I was on Holiday Inn Express website, called them about the pool, went ahead and booked the room. Arrived and checked in, so they had my reservation. They charged me at checkout which made me suspicious because the had already charged my card. Desk attendant said they don’t “charge” until you actually stay. Later checked my card transactions, had two, one from CCI and one from Holiday Inn Express. CCI wouldn’t answer and HIE claimed it wasn’t their problem and they are not connected to CCI. Their website rerouted me to CCI but yet HEI had my reservation and my info so if they aren’t connected, how did they get info? Who is CCI really?
