My name is Lois Rollins, I had a reservation through your company for a stay at Sheraton inn in Niagara falls New York. The reservation was July 14, 2023 I had follow up doctor appointment that morning before I was to check in that day, once there I was immediately Rush to the hospital to get ready for emergency surgery. So before surgery I called the Sheraton they kept putting me on hold and then gave me numbers that wasn't even valid. Am requesting a refund for the 367.00 you charge me. If I didn't have to go in surgery I would have kept my reservation there was nothing I could do because of my sickness and I called again I've called several times my doctor has called and I have a letter from the surgeon.
