This company falsely represents hotels, right down to their logos and pictures. I thought we were booking through the Radison and got hit with extra charges and found later this is a scam through a third party bill. Hotel directly is willing to cancel reservation but has to be contacted by CCI first. I don't think that'll ever happen. SCAM. Very poor business and should be fined!
