My husband called and thought he was talking directly to the Embassy Suites. He was told there was only one room left at $191.00 TOTAL charge for one night. He thought this was outrageous, but it was a holiday weekend. When he received the email on the Dec. 16, he thought the extra charge was for incidentals and damage protection which would be returned.

When I was looking over our credit card charges, we were charged $285.62 for a one night stay. I have visited with the hotel and even they agreed that we were price gouged. I read online that the extra $90.62 dollars was for cleaning fees, resort fees, etc which is ridiculous. The hotel said they give their total price to online bookers. This is wrong. This is a fraud. They make you think they are talking to the hotel. This is a rip off!
