Double charge

I made a reservation on line to stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Temple, Texas and was charged $189.09 for the reservation plus a $12.99 booking fee by CCI*HOTEL RESERVATION. When I checked out I was charged $145.45 by Hilton Garden Inn.

To make it worse, I was directed to the CCI*HOTEL RESERVATION from the AARP website.
