CCI Hotel Reservation is a SCAM. We were stranded at Miami International Airport due to bad weather on 2/19/19 and needed a hotel. We thought we were calling the Miami International Airport hotel but those crooks from CCI actually answered the phone. Pretending to be the reservation desk from the Miami International Airport hotel, they told us that the hotel was sold out but they could help us find another hotel. After a few minutes they told us that there was a room at the Red Roof Inn and they gave us the price, which we agreed to. We gave our Credit Card to charge and the told us to wait for transportation which never showed up.

We then called the hotel and they did not have our reservation and were unaware that they needed to pick us up. I called the crooks back and they told us that it might be a mistake but the transportation would show up. Thirty minutes later no transportation and then we called the crooks back and after some arguing they agreed to refund our money. We did sleep on the floor, at MIA, while those crooks probably continued to steal money from other passengers in need of accommodation for one night.

Now, guess what: they have never issued the credit to our card and now I am being charged for a reservation that they have never made. Of course, they have never sent any email confirmation of the credit. Watch out: they are THIEVES! I am filing a claim with the better business bureau. Crooks should be taken out of business!
