Booked a room near our local airport to catch an early flight through CCI. Credit card was charged bu twhen we arrived at the hotel they had no reservation for us.
Hotel was fully booked, We had to find another hotel miles away from the airport and pay for a new reservation.
Will never use this company again and will share our story with friends, neighbors and family.
