CCI Hotel Reservations is a total scam!

They present themselves as though you are calling the Canadian hotel's reservation line directly but you are actually calling a company in the United States.

They quote you $155.70 and ask you if you want to proceed with reservation and credit card payment.

They then tell you they will send you an email with confirmation - but of course that email does not come. This non existant email is something they do to avoid you actually knowing what they are going to charge your card and can be seen over and over again in other people's complaints.

The hotel you check in to has no idea what rate you are being charged and you can not verify it prior to check in.

Only once you are home, you get a charge of $308.16 Canadian for a two star Super 8 that no idiot would pay more than $155 for!!!

Nobody in their right mind would agree to $308.16 for one night at a Super 8!!!!! They absolutely screw you by not sending any confirmation in writing and mis quoting you on the rate.

Visa does nothing to help you because there was no written record of the price quoted which is exactly why this scam company DOES NOT SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

So angry that this scam company keeps getting away with this and nobody does anything about it.
