CCI rip-off

My wife thought she was booking a seven night stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Tucson. She was actually looking a bogus, simulated web site created by CCI. This fraudulent booking company charged $1.178.69. They then paid Marriott only $703.87 for six nights. Marriott then charged us an additional $129.09 for the seventh night. CCI kept $474.82 of our money. Is there any recourse?
