Thought I was talking to a Hampton Hotel in Rochester Minnesota made reservation for two rooms on April14th do to medical reasons we had to cancel the reservations for both rooms. We were told that our reservation was made through this company and they don't do refunds. We contacted our credit card company and they were able to get refunded for one of the reservations. This company needs to refund the other $949.50 to my city bank credit card. We have been trying to get this problem taken care of for six months.
