This was a cancelled reservation due to a recent hurricane. I want to speak to a company representative. I was not informed this was an outside company,I thought I was speaking to the Boca Raton Resort. When the date needed to change the hotel was fully booked. I called in a timely manner to cancel, and was told it was not a problem doe yo the circumstances. The hotel had not received any payment on this room. I was the billed $927.21 for late cancellation fees. This is against the law in Florida when in a hurricane condition is present. I am also 70 years old. American Express is reopen this dispute. I would hate to take this to small claims court.
As I know now I am not the only one with complaints about this company. I think if this is not resolved the media should do a report on your company. Cancellation no. OCD3655.
