I was traveling to Fayetteville NC for a funeral and made a reservation through what I thought was Hilton Honors Hotels. It turned out the my reservation was through a 3rd Party Vendor called CCI Reservations. I tried to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, but was referred to Home 2 Suites by the 3rd Party CCI. When I arrived at Home 2 Suites they had my reservation on file. I was charged $117.81 by Home 2 Suites. When I checked my Visa Credit Card I was also charged $181.71 by CCI. I contacted both parties and no one accepts the fact that I was charged 2 times. CCI will not even allow you to dispute the charge as they will not accept the call. The fact that Home 2 Suites knew of the reservations means they are complicit as CCI has access to their reservation system. It is very unfair that they are allowed to get away with this. I don't mind either one of the charges, but not both. CCI Reservations should be held accountable for fraudulent business practices.
