No way to contact them, phone rings for 45 minutes with no answer

Booked room through cciHotels res for Plainfield Illinois, they sent confirmation email with reservation for Plainfield Indiana. I could not reach anyone yesterday or today after next merous calls. They are charging $207.41 for a room I was unable to use.
