Misrepresentation and scam

CCI misrepresented themselves as Crowne plaza reservations. Misrepresented rates and included services. Outright lied when asked point blank if rate included parking and breakfast. They sold me the cheapest online non refundable room but charged me for medical center rate that includes breakfast and parking . When I call d to complain they put me on hold and never returned. SCAM SCAM SCAM. hope you are lucky enough to see these reviews before you book.
