Your Mobile # Has Won 500,000 Pounds In 2014 coca cola Int"L Christmas Mobile Draw Promo UK To Claim Prize; send, Your Name, Email Id, Cell No To: [email protected]

Please let me know the legal aspect of this sms.

Fake Email

It's Dilip Chandra Nath have received a SMS from [email protected] they sms me as belows:

Your Mobile # Has Won 500,000 Pounds In 2014 coca cola Int"L Christmas Mobile Draw Promo UK To Claim Prize; send, Your Name, Email Id, Cell No To: [email protected]

I thought its fake. is it?
