Was trying to make a booking on-line for my helper home. In the website there is no request of passenger's details but only guest's details. In the website nothing was requested for the passenger details.

Keyed in my particulars for the booking contact and realized that they have used my contacts as the passenger's without any passport details.

Tried calling the Customer Service immediately and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Worst was they told me that there is nothing they can do and all I could do is rebook another ticket. The ticket will be considered unused with no refund or amendments allow. No solution was offered.

when i was trying to exit hong kong.... i was refused my ticket... untill i bought a exit ticket from the philippines.....i have flew from america to the philippines on a one way ticket.....all i had to do was show my I CARD.... SINCE I AM MARRIED TO A FILIPNO... so i was forced to buy the exit ticket... when i arrived back to manila ..i talked to the manager of the manager of the ticket counter.......... she agreed i did not need to buy the ticket............ gave me a form to fill out for my complaint............... and the flight number 5j111and date oct 23 2015. hope it was worth the time . it was 165.00 i should not have had to pay
