Tak paham betul dengan celcom ni.... Dalam sebulan kena top up 3-4 kali untuk internet RM 30 sebulan. Setiap kali tu jugaklah dalam 2-3 hari lepas tu dapat mesej, penggunaan internet tinggal 30%. Kenapa tamak duit sangat ni??? Pembayaran wang tak seiring dengan langganan. Teruk gila celcom ni. Patut ramai tak ambil celcom dah...

Slow internet browsing since last night untill now, currently i am a celcom postpaid user, can someone at celcom please tell me what is wrong, my phone setting is fine

Why is the line so bad recently?
It's worse when an important call is ongoing. The line disconnected halfway talking! Do you know how long I waited in queue to have unifi, Maybank for the operators to pick up my call? While explaining my problems to them halfway, the line had been cut off! So I have to call back and of course another operator will pick up and I HAVE TO EXPLAIN ALL OVER AGAIN!
I have friends in kl have been switching to maxis and complained about your service. So I don't think it happen only at my area.

And what is wrong with your enquiry form? The email address will never let pass eventho I try all way. Fix it.
