Mobile Data very slow

Hi!
26/5/2016 (around 3pm):
Change from Maxis Hotlink to Celcom First Blue.

27/5/2016 ( 7.24 pm): Simcard Celcom successfully activated.

27/5/2016 (8.52 pm): call careline asking how to check bill n mobile data and registration in online celcom.

27/5/2016 (after activated)-29/5/2015: internet very slow. Asking for reloading a few times and disconnected while the sign of 4G appeared.

Dear celcom management,
Please improve or betterwith check your service.
It is very difficult for customer to surf internet especially me who works depend on the speed of the internet while on the go.
