Greetings,
I want to make a complain related the internet services. Last evening (05/08/2018) the services went down. But the unfortunate thing is that I can't even make a phone call. not even a call to Celcom Customer (019-6011111) service itself. On the other hand, I can't even receive call from outside and also text messages. And this problem remains till this morning (Monday; 06/08/2018). I'm a person who needs to use my phone in other to communicate with clients regarding my work and it already become a nuisance. I hope the Celcom Team can take corrective action regarding this issue as soon as possible because it really caused me a big trouble. Thank you.

A new first gold plan sucks
I am a user from the very first version of first gold plan. As celcom has recently announced a new update about this plan and the other two, I was super excited to know that my quota will be doubled up. However, after one month I found out the unused quota is no longer carried forward. You have to use up all 10gb within a month. Afterall, i am not really a heavy user of internet. So I think this irrelevant decision makes me feel frustrated and I have to think the ways how to use all my internet quota before it will be renewed. I feel cheated as celcom did not announce this, not even stated on their official website.

I opt from RedOne telco to Celcom first gold on the 2/11/16.The staff told me it will take only 24hours to activate the celcom simcard. And in a meantime,I still can use my RedOne simcard until it being blocked.
Then on 3/11/16 night at 2300hrs, my RedOne simcard suddenly got blocked..so I change to celcom simcard immediately..im in a middle of working,need to emails documents,need to make phone calls, received calls some more..im driving..im outstation..i need to use waze..but i cant do that..my celcom simcard CANT BE USED!!!
I called the customer service (Nora).. the operator said i need to wait 24hrs more..whatttt!!! It is so hassle..i didnt have to wait that long when i changed simcard from maxis to redOne...it took me like 1 - 2hours to activate the simcard.
Your promotion about this first gold thing is sooo havoc..but then you talk about system need to do this..that..and it takes 2 @ 3days to activate the simcard..honestly, i regret changing my telco.
You should train your staff better...either or so called agent or whoever they are....give correct infomation to customer.
I want to use my simcard now..otherwise I will lodge report again take more serious action.

Worst Connection + Unreachable Call Line
Hello, Celcom.
Recently your business may expanding extremely due to the Attractive offered package such Celcom First Gold, and this increment of users which may cause the CELCOM LINE BECOME WORSE, Call UNREACHABLE!!! Internet VERY POOR CONNECTION!!! I had complained to 1111 but the customer services person just asked me to restart my phone. I read the complaint here and realized some of them faced the same problem like me recently.
Please FIX this problem ASAP!! Thank you.
