I have always been a loyal customer to celcom but 1 thing did upset me last week. I bought 90rm worth of topup internet last week.Last purchase was made 2/3/18.i paid 50rm extra for 5 gig. It turns out when i checked my balance I only have 10gig which is the monthly internet provided. I thought the balance out of 5 gig can be carried forward in the next cycle.Please look into this and do the needful if you are appreciating you customer. Thank you for your attention.
