Regarding walk in to celcom asking the staff at information counter. The answer always I get back is "I dunno "
Ask me go another counter ask . What mean answer consumers as I dunno, feel not responsible answer I get . And one more is went I get the staff number , ask me to text for the stock . But always get ignore. Make me always have to walk in celcom to ask and answer is dunno . Hope to get improve from celcom staff .
