sy hairan dgn line internet celcom di tmpat sy iaitu di felda sg tengi amat mendukacitakan baik 4g atau 3g.. sy tidak pasti knapa, dan tidak mungkin pihak celcom tidak menerima sebarang aduan tentang pekara ini.. atau sengaja berdiam diri. sy amat kesal tentang pekara ini dan berharap pihak celcom dpt membaik pulih keadaan ini dgn kadar segera..t, kasih.

Celcom eat money to much now,Suddently my weekend internet cannot been used,call customer service to many time already,some of them said celcom on their discussion to cut weekend internet once weekday internet finish 100%,some of them said need to do report on this issues and will call me back another 3 days,but just now one week+++ already still not received a call,Come on!!You just told me still on discussion,But the result has made,without any information to customer.And Now i need to topup 2gb rm20 three time already,the cost i need to pay rm60 for 6gb,but im so shout between 2 day 2gb archive 100% without much used.Using postpaid 40gb,but look like you only add 10gb every month,Internet also very poor,How much profit celcom need every year,i think celcom profit has increase year to year,but now celcom still eat a lot of money from customer without truly service that should be given to customer.Nowadays seem like no differences between Gambling company and telco company,Pay money and gone then ask to pay again and again,But still gone and gone and we still don’t get our profit,But you have that profit.When customer pay more they should get more,what kind of business is this,i wish not to compare between other country Internet service,but you have to think about it.Now we in IT era everything need internet.Reminder please don’t be like gambling company,keeping others people money without any profit for them.And i think goverment never issued about telco matters,hope something good in the future,

Celcom. Mohon respon Tolong jawab..

Kenapa celcom tak buat tindakan. Tiada respon yang memuaskan dari pihak celcom untuk perbaiki servis line. Apa masalahnya? Apa puncanya sampai bertahun2 celcom buat hal. Nak tahu respon dari celcom. Ke sebab pencawang 20 tahun yang tak pernah dibuat penambahbaikan? Ke sebab guna peralatan komunikasi yang tidak berkualiti kena tipu dengan kontraktor komunikasi yang supply alat teknologi low quality yang hakikatnya murah dibeli dengan nilai yang tinggi untuk gelapkan budget peruntukan? Ke kes rasuah yang akibatnya pengguna yang tanggung? Apa sebabnya? Tolong jawab celcom sebelum hal ini dirujuk ke SKKM dan parlimen. Tolong!

4g Drops frequently! Not as advertised

CELCOM 4g frequently drops and is unavailable at various public places in and around Subang Jaya..

For the past week since Dec 9th till this very day of complaint, the 4g service has been disma,l with frequent drops and sometimes dips to signals H+h?!

This would be my second complaint in the space of 2 months, calling your hotline for support is like trying to make an appointment with the Queen! Not that their problem solving skills are up there to write home about, either.! But what can a bunch teenies manning the hotlines say when the hardware provision is crap!!

Its a pain to on/off the phone at random, just to salvage a respite for signals, its down right a mockery to rubber neck and do a Jerry Lewis to catch a signal in public places, just to get an impprtant work message out soonest, where is CELCOM's credibility as a leading telecommunications provider???

There's absolutely no resemblance of services in comparison to the million dollar, in your face adds....all hot air and no substance.

What's the point of sending non essential, to the terms of service provision, countless "goodies and so call freebies" via messaging services when your main bread and butter provision sucks to high heaven.

Wonder what our regulators are doing? Please don't hide behind your red tapes and national agenda! ...while the rakyat is getting a do over!!

Worst Internet Line!

Postpaid Celcom First Gold Plus 40GB (combine data) so have to pay RM115 every months for nothing.. worst line ever area Matang, Kuching Sarawak. Dah setia 11 tahun dgn Celcom sampai buat keputusan nak guna postpaid tapi ini yg aku dapat.. nak online web pun terpaksa refresh apatah lagi nak download barang. Dah setahun dua aku tengok line korang mcm sial.. Last² aku port out pergi telco lain.

LINE TOO SLOW!

Hi Celcom.
Saya pengguna celcom postpaid first gold. Sebelum ni saya pelanggan telco lain. Dan saya bertukar ke celcom tahun 2016. Jujur, saya kurang berpuas hati. Tapi okay la celcom ni pandai amek hati pelanggan. Daripada 10gb internet jadi 20gb. Terus tak jadi nk tukar telco lain. Then awal tahun 2017 mmg line sangat lambat. Dan bulan 4 mmg the worse. Mmg nekad nk tukar telco. Tp celcom skali lagi pandai amek hati. Bg free 1 week without data charges on fb and whatsapp. Tapiii hari ni slow lg. Bkn stakat slow tp whatsapp mmg connecting dari semalam. Apa masalah ni? Bab data mmg dr dulu musykil kenapa tk smpai sbulan dh abes 20gb padahal guna utk on whatsapp, fb, ig je. Youtube pun tidak. Abes tang mana? Mmg menyesal tukar ke celcom dan kali ni tak teragak-agak dah nk tukar ke telco lain. Urgh

CELCOM LINE SERVICES

Hi CELCOM MALAYSIA? I wanted to ask, why the line are getting worst and bad??? Plus, when I topup, I got some extra charged on it and sometimes, my credit got DEDUCTED by advance but then I do not have any advance before that. Since GST has been announced, CELCOM SERVICES ARE GETTING WORST! I've been using CELCOM since I'm 12y/o so PLEASE DO AND TAKE SOME ACTION !!!! ESPECIALLY IN SARAWAK AREA!

Buying the data but still sooo lack and the best award slow

Congrates celcom for being the worst of the worst telco in malaysia.too many long i have been waiting for your company to improve your coverage.but my patient have been at climax.many profit you gain but to improve your quality is worst.why must you all celcom user buy internet plan data but it too slow and make u all fadeup.i recommand u all celcom user to switch to a better telco to prevent getting high blood pressure.tq btw

very useless service

I using prepaid xox celcom for more than 2 years.
But enough is enough !
Celcom is really a crap and greedy organisation using customers like guinea pig for making extra money with their sponsors.

1. very slow internet . No regular service (sometimes few our per day got low service in penampang area) it s not long pasia or far away in the forest !
2. most of the time : "emergency call only" even in city.
3. vampirise your credit by force advertising in your email by sponsored application, start a parasite video for they own sponsors.
4. pump you credit automaticly before end of month
5. broadband style "ayam mati" : so slow a lot of time (need 8 at 15 mn to open one email)
6. client service just laughing when you ask explication.
7.

It s really enough. Non professional and don t care anymore about quality and respect of customers.
So, bye bye and no regret.
I advertised all my friends do not be trapped by what you call "services" instead of "bullshit".

Portawifi

The worst service you can imagine, you buy a
Device with expectations to have some wifi, you
Buy a simcard for 80 GB, what you get is a
Device, shutting always down, telling you there
Is no simcard inside and in the end No service for
24 hours; it's a hoax and I will warn here other
costumer to think twice buying anything from Celcom; I will return all this nonsense and wish anyone is aware what are you getting sold here.

Poor Customer Service

To whom it may concern,

My line was barred and I requested for temporary unbar line on 25/7/16 (roughly).I was asked by your customer care consultant to request my mainline /registered owner Mr Rames Kumar to call and proceed the request.Everything was settled and I made the payment through CITIBANK Credit Card.The payment was credited on 3/8/2016 due to three working days.

On 14/8/16, my line was barred again due to outstanding amount of RM 48 something.On 15/8/2016,my mainline made the call to request temporary unbar call for my number.To our dismay,we were told that I didn't uphold to my promise,which they termed it as 'broken promise'.

1. payment should have been done by 31/7/2016
2.promised to pay RM 40 but paid only RM 35 (my outstanding RM 34.35)

My concern is,firstly it was very disappointing to hear such word 'broken promise' from CELCOM.Secondly,why is that when the payment was credited CELCOM didn't inform that I was supposed to pay RM40 as so called promised.But the amount that was outstanding on my account was just RM 34.35.I paid RM35.Why didn't they inform me about the RM 5 shortage,and why did they unbar my line if they didn't receive RM40.There is no evidence saying i promised to pay RM40,even if I did,I have already paid the oustanding,why is CELCOM making it a fuss.Please be informed i made the payment through credit card so it took three working days to credit the amount to CELCOM so that made the payment receive by your side late by few days.

When I called CELCOM again,they keep saying they can't help me,need to follow procedures,etc.All just because of three days delay to pay the oustanding amount and because of the shortage of RM5,they said they can't help me,They forgot about the customer's interest.I have all the valid reasons why all these happened yet they keep saying they cant help me.Makes me say customer's concern is not their top priority.I am very unhappy,disappointed and upset with CELCOM.I even mentioned to terminate my line and they were keep saying they can't do much.Apart from this,each time if i were to do anything to my account,they request my mainline to give them a call to proceed while i was already in the contact/authorised person for my number.They are also not certain with their procedures as one day their customer care consultant unbarred my line with my permission and the second time they said another thing.Their staffs have not been trained properly with proper information.,there is no proper work ethics.There weren't polite as well.To name few customer care consultant and managers: Mr Syafiq,Mr Fariz,Ms Baizura.

I will never recommend CELCOM to any of my friends or family.I am terminating CELCOM as I am unhappy with their service.There is no benefits given to their loyal customers as well.

Overcharged Bill

Celcom new plan rm80/mth is a total scam. Please do not sign up/ portation. I did transfer my line from maxis to Celcom on 27th April 2016. On 29th my line with Celcom was activated. That time I was in Bangkok,Thailand on vacation. Unfortunately my line got no roaming, so I decided to call Celcom careline to activate it but couldn't do so with my line. It keeps saying some thai msg that couldn't get thru. So I decided to use my hotel fixed phone to get call Celcom careline and guess what? I am being charged rm90+ by the hotel for making overseas call. To make matter worst, when I got bk to Malaysia few days later I receive a statement from Celcom dated 8th May 2016 and stated that my total bill is rm137+ juz for 10days of usage!!! To my shocking truth I found out that I am being charged rm80+ again by Celcom for trying to call their careline which was unsuccessful when I was in Thailand regarding my roaming issue. Therefore I made a complaint with Celcom asking them to rebate those charges and guess what those Sharks replied me? They said it was a valid call and I have to pay the bills. So the lesson of this story is never ever switch to Celcom without checking carefully.

Billing

With reference to the case number 1-82430999957, I have logged a ticket where I'm being charged RM150 (for GPRS) although my data roaming charges were 0. I have explained numerous time to your team (the customer service agents who picked up my call/ online chat). However, after investigation, without contacting me they have closed the case.

On Mar 11th, I have demanded for them to reopen the case and submit for re-appeal. I was speaking to your team (Muslan Hong) and was told he has submitted it for higher management approval.

Today, Apr 18th, I called the customer service again (Nor Adlia). More than one month after I have logged in the case. Again I was told the same, the case is still pending higher management approval.

So tell me? What is Celcom's Service Level Agreement (SLA) for such ticket? 2 months? 3 months or a year?

I have asked for emails that I can send to, or to speak with some Supervisor or Manager but was refused. I hope by writing to you, this matter can be solved promptly in another few days. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter further and it may reach to the higher management quicker than your internal team solving this issue.

Celcom support and Broadband unbelievable terrible,.

I bought pre-paid data with Celcom at the end of last year for work whilst I am at Genting Highlands To begin with the agent I bought it with did not even register my passport with the number. It worked for a while until I had to top up the prepaid. That is when all hell broke loose. I spent the MYR 68 for 4GB over a month. Celcom happily took my money but could never get my top up to work. I called them on over 20 occasions and each time the customer support person on the line had no idea what the previous customer support person had talked to me about and could not give me an update. I had to start over each time. Each time I was told that it would take 7 days to get this resolved. I explained that I needed the broadband to work but that did not matter. They made promises that they never held and never called me back. i had to chase them up, I got my colleagues from Malaysia to help me out and he also called them about 10 times. The supervisor I spoke to was useless and did not even help. There communication from Celcom was appalling and despite the fact that I could not wait for 7 days as I could not work, they did not help. Eventually they fixed it and it seems that the fix took less than 5 mins. They had to reset the application that allocated the data upload to my account. However that was not the end of it. A week later the same issue occured and I had to go through the same hoops again with Celcom. The customer support is disgusting and they don't care since they already have your money. That was not the end of it however. When I topped up again in May of this year, I had the same issue again and no matter what, Celcom would not help and the worst part is that that could not refer to the old case ID to find out the issue and resolve it in a few minutes. I had promises from various supervisors at Celcom but they never ever followed up. I lost valuable time and could not work for over 7 days. Was that the end of it? No. In June, when I topped the same issue occured again. I could not connect to Celcom and use my 4GB of data. Celcom's response? "We don't really care since you paid and we have your money". You can just wait 7 days or more for us to try and fix it. That's not all. When i topped up in August, again the same issue. I was left waiting on the calls at times for over 45 minutes whilst Celcom did absolutely nothing but to tell me that someone would get back to me. Even then they did not. They do not follow up on cases neither do they keep to their word. Even the supervisor does not give a toss. This time I asked for my money back so I can go to Maxis. But even then they do not want to give me my money back. This is a complete joke. The issue is the same, the resolution is the same, but Celcom do not care. This is the WORST customer support I have ever experienced in my life. The same issue has recurred 4 times and whilst i am writing this, the issue has just recurred and Celcom never got back to me to update me as to when this will be fixed despite the promises from supervisor Firdauz. To top it all, Celcom don't even want to give me my pre-paid money back. How can this Telco be allowed to run when their support is absolutely terrible.Obviously all they care about it the money they can get. Once they have it, you are on your own. Never ever again will I buy Celcom and I would strongly recommend everyone to not waste their time with Celcom. They simply DON'T CARE.
