Please take note on Celcom at Paradise Mall Petaling Jaya. Issue happened on 22 Dec 2015. There was a Malay Bumi Male staff in blue uniform, which was going to fight with a female customer without controlling his emotion. The Malay Male staff scolded the female customer unpolitely and refused to help her on her phone connection problems, the malay male staff shouded the female customer with the worlds : Go Away, i do not want to help you. The female customer told this malay male staff that you are very unpolite and you cannot talk to customer in such a manner, the malay male staff straight away fighting with the female customer, Cctv there already recorded everything as a proof. Hope Celcom Management look into this issue seriously. Check back the Cctv with voice recorded and you may able to catch such a bad staff that broken your esteemed company image!. Please take action and look into this issue seriously. Thanks
