signal teruk

sejak beberapa minggu ni..(awal bln 8/2019) servis celcom internet dikawsan perumahan sya mmg teruk.kadang xde signal langsung..kdg keluar 2g,3g,4g..tp line xde apa2 makna.. loading memanjang.
sya semak apps open signal,,area rumah sy coverage mmg teruk..
so celcom please buat sesuatu..klau tak you akan hilang customer laa.
skrg bukan zaman batu oii..org dh nk pakai 5g..awak pya 4g macam taik..
