On the 4th December 2015 I was on in Bagan Datoh where the celcom coverage is very bad for internet, so I went over to the nearest celcom store at tesco, Sri Manjong and asked what can be done. She says my data is very low and she advice me to increase by 1gb. She took out my sim card from my wifi unit and did it. I went back home and tried it, it went from bad to worst, even the password was crashed.
The next day I went again to the Celcom at Tesco, the girl who did the job is not there and there is nobody there knows what to do.
the lady there asked me to go over to Celcom at AEON 1st floor and ask them to reset the password. I went over to AEON and asked the celcom staff to reset the password, THE STAFF THERE SAID, TO RESET THE PASSWORD, I MUST GO TO HUAWEI AT IPOH. I argued to him asking why the password has to do with huawei? he got some stupid answer. I was thinking to myself, this guy must be an idiot. Then I went over to the next store (Digi) purchased a broadband and went back home, start working with my internet.
On the 8th December, I came back to Penang and took my WIFI unit to Celcom in Penang and asked the girl (staff) to reset the password. She reset my password and gave me a new password within 10 minutes.

TO: CELCOM, PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND SACK THIS BASTARD WHO SAID TO RESET PASSWORD NEED TO GO HUAWEI.
