I had a R99 data contract with Vodacom for 24 months with a set limit of R150 a month -- all months of my contract the funds was debited from my account. At the end of the contract I called Vodacom to cancel my contract with them because I do not need their services anymore. After a month my account was debited double what I was paying I then went to vodaworld to complain and I was told that they don't know what the charges are for so I requested the to close the account because the were debiting my account without my concern. It seem like once you say to Vodacom you no longer need their services then you get charged for things you don't know about.I'm now handed over to some collections company for an amount of R1000 and couple of rands.i regret getting into contract with Vodacom because even when you visit them personally you get no assistance.
