Cellan is a 16-day trial which starts the day of order, which you agreed to on the checkout page. If you are satisfied with the product, we bill you for your initial order and subsequent bottles every 30 days thereafter until cancelled. If you are unhappy with the product and cancel after the trial period you are charged for any bottles that have been shipped to you. about 3 months agao, I saw an ad for a trial offer of cellean on fox 30 news website, for a trial offer of this product, it said just pay 3.52, for shipping for a 14 day free trial of cellean, they did not tell you that that 14 days started the day they shipped it and it took 7 days to get to florida, never said u had to return trial offer, just took out 89.52 out of my credit card for an atomatic shipment which ai anever authorized, I ended up returning the free trial after they promised to return the 89.52 to my card and the supervisor on a conference call with my credt card company told them and me that they would return the amount to my card and that hasnot happened, this company advertises with all the major tv stations and doesnot follow through, they should be sued with a class action law suit to stop there illegal tactics, donot order order from any of them, they r a total rip off !!!

I agree had the same problem the company are a rip off and should be banned . Good luck getting your money back .
