Insurance Fraud

Cenlar Central Loan Administration is refusing to acknowledge and apply a homeowners insurance policy that I have had in place, and they they have PAID from my escrow account, since early April 2018. I have reached out to them by phone over 6 times, I have emailed customer service, I have uploaded my proof of insurance to mycoverageinfo.com as they directed, I have faxed the coverage, and my Insurance Broker has faxed the coverage as well to no avail. They have since placed forced hazard insurance on my account in the amount of $2286.00 as of 6/14/18 and none of my attempts at resolution have been acknowledged beyond the point of a rep on the phone saying they'll "take care of it" and that they updated the notes. Every rep I've spoken to has agreed that they can SEE the insurance being paid out of my account and they're unsure how it's possible that forced insurance was placed. The rep I spoke with on 6/28/18 assured me that the forced insurance was being removed and refunded IN FULL. I called again today 7/6/18 to verify that this is taking place and the rep said that they can't do anything until I provide the proof of insurance. There is literally no way for me to provide additional proof if they are unwilling to acknowledge faxes, emails, faxes from my Insurance Broker, manual uploads to their website.... I am at a complete and total loss as to how to get this resolved without taking drastic measures.

Forced Hazard Insurance on Property
