Set up auto bill pay with Wells Fargo. They wire the money to Cenlar for the past two months. Cenlar did not credit my account and using my $'s for their own benefit. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst. All they can say is FAX FAX FAX... this is crap - what if I am disabled and I do not own fax machine. 3 hours of getting NO WHERE CALLS. They should pay me interest for my $4,000 they have been using the past 60 days for their benefit. It is so clear they have MAJOR problems in their corporation. What is interesting is I paid this the same way in March and their was no problem.

I was denied for a loan mod the second time in a year. The last time I mistakenly paid a third party thinking I would get a different result, hence I am 3 months delinquent and receiving all kind of threatening letters and daily phone calls. The reason for denial was stated insufficient income to debt. I was told by third party that cenlar uses net income not gross income. They also do thing like only give a 14 day appeal window.. But you don't receive the letter until a week goes by so you have only 7 days. They are very sneaky. In other words they are not a federal lender and can do whatever they wish During the LM process they sent letters that we want to help you. A week after the modification package was submitted they quickly denied me for it and any other assistance type programs.

secondly in January they raised my escrow 300/ month. I thought this was weird. I think they are holding too much escrow. so does it make sense they want to keep me paying the high monthly payments instead of lowering it to something more affordable. So by lowering my loan amount I would be unable to pay my loan but, keeping it high I will be able to? weird logic. it doesn't make sense
