Cenlar took over my Citibank loan last October. I was unaware until I tried to make my payment with Citibank bank. From the beginning cenlar has been trying to charge me interest I don’t owe. My payment is a fixed payment of $338.11 per month with no taxes or insurance involved. My payment has never been past the grace period. They say I owe this interest because they mail the statement on a different day than Citibank. Well for one I never received a statement from them until mid November. But I did set up an online account and continued to make my payments. And being that my payment is a fixed amount and I made all my payments in 2019 I do not owe them extra interest or late charge or anything else. Everytime I make a payment they subtract the$52 and apply in to the previous month. With all the complaints about them I cannot believe they are still in business.

You never talk to the same person and usually only computers call you which I said no more. Only real people can call me. I read all the negative reviews. I do not understand why nothing has been done about them. They are adding interest to the $52 but I’m afraid if I just give in and pay it they will pull something else.
