In July of 2022 I was issued a check refund from Cenlar because my loan had been paid in full. However, due to personal Covid reasons, the check was not cashed for over 180 days and became null and void. I placed a call in Feb 2023 to Cenlar to have the check reissued. The representative verified that check had not been cashed. I requested a reissue of the check and was told to allow 15 to 20 days to receive a reissued check. After 30 days, I called in March 2023 and was told to allow another 15 to 20 days to receive a reissued check. After another 30 days of not receiving the check, I called in April 2023 to request the check be reissued. I called in May, June and July 2023 as well. I have called Cenlar every month since February 2023 and requested a reissue of the escrow refund check. Each time I am told it's being processed. As of July 2023 I still have not received the check worth over $2000. I am at my wits end and need to know what action I can take to have the check reissued. Legally it is my money that I need to buy Homeowners Insurance and pay property taxes. It is very stressful having to deal with Cenlar and getting no results
