Cenlar Loan ADM has for the second time withdrawn funds from my personal checking account without permission. Once on 7/2/2018 and again on 7/10/2018. When I contacted them after 7/2/2018 occurrence they said they could do nothing about the early withdrawal from my checking account but make sure no other withdrawals occurred in July. Upon contacting Cenlar on 7/10/2018 I was informed they could not do anything to correct this problem. They suggested I call again after 24 hours as well as contact my bank. They then hung up on me.
