Cenlar is the worst company to deal with. They filed for foreclosure on us despite the fact that we had two short sale offers. Both short sale offers were declined by Cenlar. Cenlar doesn't realize that the market bears the fair value, and just because Cenlar wants more, doesn't meant that they can get it. After we submitted document after document to them, they continued to ask for more and never even read what we sent in. When you call, the same person never answers. It is always someone different who knows nothing about the situation. We finally sent in a Deed in Lieu, along with the deed transferring ownership. Instead of reviewing the documentation, they continued with the court action and NEVER READ what they requested and what was submitted. They are a fraud - plain and simple. Do NOT do business with them.
