My escrow is being mismanaged. My monies is being paid to policy numbers that are not mine! I finally have a supervisor working on it but she won't call back! I do know that she can't even tell me if the checks cashed! I have my insurance company involved as well as the bank that wrote the paperwork. I am being told that my escrow is $900 short! I need help with this problem!
