i went to Centier bank on April 6th 2017 to open an account i displayed my check and was told i needed an I.D card current i get the I.D card go back on the 13th of April 2017 after checking my check on the 6th of April she took my check and said it was fake i reported the check to my employer they send another check after recovering it it was 6000 dollar short i went back to your bank today and explained what happen open an account online went in to finish the process she said they would flag my check and not give my money my check was 31000 dollars and when it came back it was 24000 she ignored that the check was taken by a rep in the bank and that a portion came up missing which is upsetting because she willing cashed another customer check and deposit the same as mines not as much but close to it people get paid differently and it is unfair that your bank personnel would harass me over the amount of my pay and didnt offer an apology for the missing amount and the lost that im losing in income if my account was open online why would your employee just search for my check they do not call and verify the check she just said im take it to my security team because she feel that i dont make that kind of pay and she said that it fake she was not the normal bank rep she used the name of a bank rep the name was fake i been there before and met most of the reps

Not ONLY did they lose my checks which is putting my account and all my info in danger but they also decided to LIE saying there is NO tracking for them which is complete bull considering its through USPS. They did NOTHING to try and resolve the issue. They will be losing my business and everyone I know that banks with them!

Went in to do a refinance on my home, loan officer quickly charged us over 500 dollars and assured us there would be no problem, we have her the money, then was informed she had never done a va refi, we were immediately nervous but reassured everything was good, she checked our credit that was fine, then a appraisal was ordered a pest inspection, which the pest inspection another 100 dollars, then she started asking for proof of where we lived for 10 years, keep in mind we owned this home over 10 years and never a late payment, I informed her my daughter had lived her avwhile but we had been back for awhile, she wanted me to have my daughter write her a letter saying why she moved, personally that to me was not her business, 6 years prior we filed a bankruptcy the house was not included, she insisted I get a letter of reaffirmation, I told her the house never was in bankruptcy, I finally had to call her superior who said don't worry about that, she actually looked and saw it wasn't necessary, then we were ask for all kinds of odd things, we said we didn't want their help to many hoops to jump through, so we actually lost over 600 dollars due to a untrained loan officer, sad because this has been our bank for 25 years, and we were treated very bad, when I ask anything I was always answered by her with I have your bankruptcy papers in a degrading matter, Centier your suppose to look out for your clients instead you robbed us.
