deducted money my account

Dear sir, I have the above mentioned account with your branch, i faced problem on 27 march 2019 approx time 10:00 To 10:45 PM indian bank atm jamia nagar okhla new delhi near jamia millia islamia college, while doing the transaction indian bank atm through my debit card the amount had been deducted 9000 from my account but the reciever did not recieve the amount and caused amount failure, till now the deducted money does not refund to my account so i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible
