Wrongful billing
I have been going back and forth with centurylink over charges on my bill for almost a year, I cancelled service with centurylink in April 2017. I received a bill on September 26th 2017 for $338.96. I called and spoke to the billing department and they are telling me I owe money for early cancellation on a promotion that they took off because they could not get my automatic payment withdraw correct. After explaining to the lady what was going on she told me I had not paid a bill since Feb of 2017 and I paid in March of 2017 and have the confirmation number for and she continued to argue with me and said she was going to transfer me to the billing department and when I asked her aren't you with the billing department she hung up on me. I do not owe this money and feel they are billing me wrong
