In early march I reached out to centurion to let them know I seen some rats around the building but mainly in and around a pile of trash behind a new tenants unit. By this time the covid-19 virus made it's way around the world, so I seen the rats as another threat for contracting disease. However, I did not know at the time the new tenant was good friends with the building super and another existing tenant, and they didn't like that I called centurion. So the buildings junior property manager who is very close with the super and her friends made up a bunch of lies about me and my dogs. So, instead of calling an exterminator they called whitby animal services on my dogs and tried to have me evicted! Thankfully I was able to disprove their lies with their own security camera footage. Now the rats are out of control! Everyone living here has the risk of contracting hantavirus and getting falsely diagnosed with covid-19 this is absolutely unacceptable! Centurion property associates needs to conduct themselves better especially, while we're dealing with a global pandemic and listen to their tenants concerns not try and reprimand and silence them!
