Cancelled service

I had internet services that I wanted cancelled. The account was originally under my father's name, so he requested they be cancelled. (The account was put under my name, a request was made to change the address to my current address.)It was put on "seasonal" hold for 6 months, he cancelled in January 2017. The bills had been going to his P.O. Box, which I don't have access to. The bills continued to go to his PO Box, regardless of numerous requests to change the address. My email was/is also on file, yet, not once did i receive a letter confirming I agreed to the hold and the reinstatement of services.
I'm being charged for services from over a year ago that were never used. When I asked them to prove to me the data of the services or where I agreed to the hold or even asked them to email me the confirmation, no one could provide me with this information. I've spoken to at least 10 customers service agents, maybe 2 were somewhat helpful, but still couldn't provide me with a resolution.
I've had other family and friends complain about Century link. At the time my father cancelled his services, he'd been with them for over 20 years. Great way to take care of your customers.

False charges reported to Experian

I never had Century Link service, yet they reported me to a collections agency. It appears on my credit report, despite a previous dispute and multiple phone calls to Century Link. This is fraud, and they should be held accountable. Extorting money from potential customers is hardly a way to grow one's business.

False Collections Report, Previously Disputed

Prior to 2014, I attempted to change my cable and internet provider from Xfinity/Comcast to DISH/Century Link. Due to repeated errors and delays in the process, I never initiated service and never kept any equipment. However, Stellar Recovery Services was retained by Century Link for collection of $86 as of 2015. This is false and I have previously disputed this with Experian after multiple calls to both Century Link and Stellar Recovery. My credit report continues to show false past due collections: This is fraudulent/extortion. Century Link has never responded to my request for a bill to prove any service was every initiated. I have NO equipment belonging to Century Link. Please help, and thank you.

unwanted, telephone calls which we receive on a daily basis, all day

WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING UNWANTED, TELEMARKETER TELEPHONE CALLS ON A DAILY BASIS, FROM 0900 TO 1630. WE ARE CUSTOMERS OF Century Link which we have been for the past 28 years. We will be billed $1.25 per call as we put a trace on these calls.
What do they want from us information? let's talk.

Century Link please respond to my request as soon as possible.
