Centurylink cannot provide organization and proof of charges particularly since they split their Prism TV from their internet services. I cancelled services with them in April and received a refund check in the mail. I have now received a bill for over 500 dollars. Whenever you try to connect with their representatives no one can give you any concise information. Centurylink is a poor example of an American corporation. I do not plan to pay CL any more money and yes...I want to seek the help of our State representatives.
