Fraud
Received a phone bill for number we didn't recognize. Century Link customer service employees Steven AB63802 and Debbie DXA011636 said we agreed to three year contract. We were charged a $587 early termination fee. Would not provide written or recorded documentation of our supposed 3 year contract. Told us we must hire an attorney to get copy of contract. Told us because small print on our previous bills (under another number) indicated we were in a 3 year contract constituted our agreement to said contract because we had paid previous bills. Curious what an attorney would think about the legality of this kind of contract.
Would love to participate in a class action lawsuit against Centurylink shady business practices.
