Overchsrging

Signed up with Century link over the phone. They said if we added phone we could get $68 month for 3 years so we took it but don't use the phone. We got the bill today and it is $117 with Internet and 2 phones. That's not what we signed up from but we have to pay if we cancel. How can I get rid of this bill. I am
A senior on fixed income and can not afford this?
