Late Fee for a Penny

Our bill which have not received as yet - if did is lost went online and printed 1st page - bears a Late Fee for ONE DAM PENNY

The bill was for $95.26 they claim check was 95.25 - but I don't have proof as they EFT the check and I can not see if the $ amoutn area was written as $95.96 and i errored in the long-hand area

But come on $7 late for a freaking PENNY are they that hard-up they does this?
