Around 10pm (give or take a few minutes) almost every night our CenturyLink 16gb DSL begins buffering during streaming of movies and TV shows. This seems to be unrelated to any local activity on connected devices. I have seen this complaint elsewhere. I'm wondering if CLink does some maintenance in the late evening or if some throttling is happening. Also, is it possible that heavy activity in the local area would effect speed? I thought only Comcast internet was effected by local activity.
