I visited the location on 510 Claremont Parkway and asked to purchase a Money Order with my debit card they told me it would be a $2 fee, I agreed. I looked at my statement and realized that they charged me a $2 fee just to withdraw the money from the atm instead of allowing me to use my debit card as if I were making a purchase like all other check cashing places, which resulted in an additional atm fee. When I went to back to explain that I was not informed that they would be withdrawing the money from the atm they told me I should have known that because they told me I would be charged a fee. I said I agreed to the fee for using my debit card for a money order purchase but not for you to withdraw the money from the atm because I could have done that myself and avoided the $2 fee and the additional charge from the bank. The 2 female staff were very rude and walked away from me while I was talking. The male manager was standing there the whole time and did not say a thing. Is this how managers allow their staff to treat customers? I didn't get loud, or curse meanwhile the female staff is yelling at me and the other female staff is on the side making rude remarks all while the manager was standing there. Completely unacceptable.
