Unknown transaction

Today an unauthorized transaction has been done and i no longer use that website and i had done only one time transaction last month on 09/26/2016 i no longer access that website and i require a immediate refund. I am deeply depressed by CG Billing as i use it regularly now i feel like cheated. this is my mail [email protected]
